PRAYER MINISTRY

MINISTRY DIRECTOR: Gretchen Humphry

“…Pray in the spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayer
and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying
for all the saints.”

-Ephesians 6:18

Are you looking for adventure? Are you ready to go to the next level in your faith journey? Are you hungry and passionate for more of God in your life?

Then the Prayer Ministry Team might just be the adventure for you!

Our goal as the Ministry Team at Church on the Rock is not only to impact and minister to our corporate body on Sunday mornings, but to have an impact on our community. The reward is getting to partner with God as He goes about setting people free, bringing healing and restoration, and seeing a life changed by hearing God’s heart for them. The ministry team gathers together frequently throughout the year for times of training and equipping, fellowship, and prayer.

Those interested in becoming part of the Ministry Team participate in an extensive new members prayer training.

ENCOUNTER HEALING

This is a specific time set aside that the COTR Ministry Team is available for healing ministry. If you need healing in your body, prayer for any sickness or disease, aches or pains please come. This would be a wonderful time to encourage friends, family or neighbors to come and encounterHEALING for themselves!

…encounter Jesus…encounter healing!

CORPORATE PRAYER

These groups meet every week to pray for transformation in the Mat-Su Valley and a continued outpouring of God’s Spirit on Church on the Rock. We would love to have you join us!
Sunday Morning Prayer

Many members and guests have expressed that they’ve felt a warm, loving, spirit-filled presence during our services. How does this happen? Through prayer! We have a group of faithful men and women who gather every Sunday to pray for the presence of God in our services. They also pray over our pastors, ministry leaders, and members at Church on the Rock.
