David Pepper - Senior Pastor
Living in Alaska and being able to share Jesus and demonstrate his love is my passion. The Lord has blessed me with a beautiful wife LaRae, I am totally in love with her and have been for 20 years. We have four awesome children (LaRiesa, Jessica, Colton and Emily). I have spent 17 years commercial fishing the Alaskan waters of Prince William Sound, Kodiak, Cook Inlet and Bristol Bay. In February of 2000 the Lord led us to plant Church on the Rock here in Wasilla and it has been even more exciting to be fishers of men. Scott's
greatest desire is to see

those who have been healed to make it a lifestyle (the discipleship
part of wholeness). Through Fresh Start Alaska, this is happening at a
high level and the vision is to see it open up to every church in

Valley, so that Fresh Start Alaska can come alongside those who need

Jonathan Walker - Youth Pastor
Jonathan
and Kitri Walker have been passionately involved in youth ministry for
over 15 years. Their desire has always been for the recapturing of the
hearts and imaginations of an American teen culture. Over the years
they have worked as youth pastors, taught abstinence in the public
schools, taught as faculty at the Alaska Bible Institute, founded and
ran a small non-profit traveling ministry to teens and parents, and
have found great joy in giving their lives away to teenagers.
They,
along with their son "Caleb" and faithful dog "Bo Jangels" moved to
Wasilla in July of 2006. Their son Caleb is now ten and the delight of

Mike and Molly Sloan - Summit AK Directors
Mike and Molly,directors of
Summit Alaska, have a
vision to see the next generation become the leaders of
tomorrow. Mike has a focus of the Kingdom and advancing with it. They
were missionaries to Nepal for three years where they
lived with their two sons in the hills of western
Nepal. Mike has two classrooms that are
special in the formation of a leader - the outdoors and the
nations. They love to stretch people in new areas
spiritually, as well as physically. Ah! the joy of building
character... whether it is traveling in Asia or going to the mountains
or in the classroom it is always a learning time and a COCPIT -
(changing of character personality intense time). The Christian life is
not meant to be boring after all faith is spelled RISK
TAKERS!...

Jennifer Rushing - Worship Director
Jennifer
is the
blessed wife of her amazing husband, Larry. She is crazy
about her 3 daughters; Lindsey, Emily and Gracie. She enjoys
her life immensely because she lives in Wasilla, Alaska and gets to
lead worship at Church on the Rock. She works with some
incredible people who she has the privilege of calling her
friends. She enjoys reading, listening to podcast sermons on
her iPod, and going to movies, as well as vacations at the
beach. Her passion is to see people raised up and equipped at

Stacey Ruta - Children's Ministry Director

name is Stacey Ruta and I am married to my
amazing husband of

years and love it. I have attended Church on the Rock for 6

Chris & Laurie Miller - Equipping Pastors
Laurie
and I came to Church on the Rock in July of
2006. It's so
exciting to be part of such a life-giving church and
an awesome staff!
We've been married for 24 years and have two wonderful
daughters;
Carrie 22, and Robin 19. In our 17 years of
full-time ministry, we've
served as Youth Pastors and Associate Pastors. Our passion is
to see
people reach their full potential in Christ! Other than that,
our
favorite pastime is going on walks together and watching a good movie
with a large bowl of popcorn - buttered of course! We love to
meet new
people so whether you're visiting Church on the Rock or attend
regularly,

Rob & Starr Bynum - Life Group Ministry Directors
Rob
and Starr Bynum have lived most of their lives in Alaska and have been
involved in church ministry since their early twenties. They have been
married for 35 wonderful years and the Lord has blessed them with 3
dynamic children, their spouses and 5 incredible grandchildren that
help keep Rob and Starr young at heart! They are also the owners of an
auto repair center where they enjoy healing hearts through broken cars!
Pastoring the Life Groups and Life Group Leaders has been an answer to
the call of the Lord for their lives as set out in Ephesians 4:11-13.
No matter what season you're currently experiencing with the Lord they
want
to help you take hold of what He has for you and enjoy His abundance of
Life!
